Last weekend, I visited the cutest store ever. I’m not even kidding. I was in there for at least 30 minutes and pretty much had to be dragged out. Hey, if you stopped by too, you’d get it.
I saw Ana’s blog post about the adorable shop and knew I had to swing by. As soon as I had some time, I biked up to Brookline and looked around. April, Boston General Store’s owner, was so kind and let me spend some time snapping photos of her new store.
Boston General Store is chock full of…well….everything you’d ever want. I couldn’t walk even 5 feet without finding something else I needed. Okay, maybe not needed, but really wanted. Like ALL the postcards!
Seriously, how cozy is this store? Can I move in yet or what? I loved everything there. And I was so happy to have been able to visit before the holidays. AKA, I’m getting approximately 80% of all of my holiday gifts here. Like Dave’s Coffee Syrup! Or this (what I assume is) delicious honey.
While I surely did love everything, I absolutely adored all of the barware and cocktail accoutrements. Did you see that Raspberry Rhubarb syrup? I mean come on. I know where I’ll be heading to stock my bar this winter.
It’s all so darn cute! If you live in Boston or are planing on visiting, you should absolutely stop by. I know I’ll be back soon, too!

I rememeber when these guys were on Kickstarter to create a shop, looks like they did it! Looks as nice as I imagined in the first place. Lovely photos.
