  3. Allie says:

Would adding arugula be a good idea? I want to add some green in there. Any suggestions?

    • gabriella says:

Great question, Allie! I think that’d be delicious. I’m a big fan of arugula on pizza. I’d suggest tossing it very lightly with some olive oil so that it’s not too dry – then placing it on top after the pizza is done cooking :).

      Enjoy!

I am making a fun breakfast buffet for our end of the school year new teacher academy. Do you think these would still be delicious served at room temperature?

    It just looks so yummy!

    • gabriella says:

Hi, Wendy – that’s a great question! I do think this would be just fine at room temp.

I’d recommend that it’s not too hot in the room or to not leave it out too long with the chevre on it. It’s best to keep that on the cooler side or out at room temp for limited periods of time. Hope that helps!

I tried this after I saw the recipe on Pinterest and itโ€™s delicious! I use a garlic & herb goat cheese and itโ€™s the perfect blend of sweet and savory with the honey! One of my favorite recipes at the moment, thank you!

This recipe looks AMAZING!!! I’m thinking of making it for a “girls’ lunch”. What would you recommend serving with it as a side? Thanks so much!!!

    • gabriella says:

Hi, Kim! Thank you so much! I think that sounds like such a fun idea! If you’re looking for greens, I’d suggest a simple mixed green salad – perhaps with mesclun, avocado, lemon dressing (lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper), and grapefruit for good measure. Enjoy!

This sounds incredible and I cannot wait to try it! Could you provide information on how many servings this makes (asking if one naan pizza is enough per person or if I should plan for two naan per person)? Thanks!

    • gabriella says:

      Hi, Mary!

Great question! I’d say that one naan pizza is the perfect size for one serving, especially with the toppings ๐Ÿ™‚

      Hope you enjoy it!

      Cheers,
      Gabi
