Happy fall! Happy autumn! Happy best darn time of the year to all of you! Can you tell I’m excited? I can barely contain my excitement over here. Well actually, I should, because as I write this I’m sitting in an empty airport awaiting my guy’s plane – which arrives in 3 hours.
Why am I sitting here, you ask? Because (1) I love airports, (2) I was so excited to have some blogging time, and (3) last time I tried to get to the airport I sat in an Uber for 30 minutes driving around Boston in circles and I never even made it to the airport. #truestory.
ANYWAYS, back to talking about my favorite season. I saw Emily’s Fall To Do List and was inspired to share my own! How could I not with it being my favorite time of the year and all? Though, the holidays sure are a great runner-up. So here it is, y’all – 10 things to do in fall. As in, 10 things that are definitely on my list for fall.
Dress up in an adorable costume for Halloween. It’s already picked out guys, I’m just hoping it works. Updates to come.
Go ice skating as many times as possible. I’m not great at it, but it makes me happy. If you live in Boston, just know that I will be calling you up for an ice skating date. Be ready.
Spend as much time outside as possible soaking up this glorious weather.
Take all the photos. I’m obsessed with Artifact Uprising and would love to document how great 2015 has been with a book. Now I just need a beautiful Canon to take said photos!
Throw a potluck (I’m technically cheating, because I’m already having one in a few weeks. But it’s still a thing to do in fall, so #win!).
Get back to crafting! I’m still wanting to learn calligraphy. Are you interested as well? Brit + Co has an online class and starter kit that I’ve had my eye on for some time now.
Enjoy more tea. I recently made the mistake of stopping in DAVIDsTEA while biking home from work and bought $90 worth of tea. $90. Regardless, it’s delicious and I need to be enjoying more of it.
Embrace the booties trend. It took me up until this season to give in and try some out. But look at the ones I just bought! I’m in love.
Thanks, lady! They really are. I don’t know what I was thinking before. Now that I have one pair, I want to buy all the booties – which is another problem in and of itself.
Yes to tea, always yes to tea. I’ve been in the habit of steeping a cup each morning and it’s turned into my new favorite ritual of sorts. Well, especially now that I’ve discovered grilled pineapple tea – yum!
Can i join you?! Everything sounds so amazing and delicious <3
Yes please! Fall is by far my favorite season – can you even beat brown sugar bourbon ice cream? I’m obsessed
Omg that hot choco idea sounds yumm! Great post!
Welcome to the bootie side of life… hahaha! Aren’t they the best though? I have more than I probably need… But they’re my favorite.
I love your fall list! I too am looking forward to drinking as much tea as possible. 🙂

Two words: pumpkin beer…
Buckets & Spades
Ah yes! One of my favorites! I actually love pumpkin cider even more than pumpkin beer. What’s your favorite one?
