My 5 current favorite Sherwin-Williams paint colors for the home
With home projects on my mind, literally all the time, I can’t stop thinking about how I want to deck out our space. How we can make it our own while paying homage to our sweet little home.
And, painting always comes to mind! While it may be time-consuming, it can have a major impact for less money than, say, new furniture.
So, as we’re working on creating a shortlist from our longlist of projects and work we hope to accomplish on the house, I (naturally) started searching for the *perfect* paint colors for our little shotgun home here in Atlanta.
And, these 5 Sherwin-William paint colors are at the top of my list.
Silver Lake
Silver Lake is so dreamy. It’s a cool, lighter version of slate blue. Our interior doors are painted in a very similar blue, and while light blue has never been a favorite color of mine, I’ve grown to really love the beautiful blue hue.
Panda White
Panda White is the warm creamy beige I’ve been looking for. In fact, it’s quite similar to the color we ended up using for our kitchen cabinets. This would be perfect for a study or bathroom.
Evergreen Fog
Evergreen Fog is one of my FAVORITE colors, and I feel like this little preview simply doesn’t do it justice. It’s the perfect blend of green and gray and so calming. I have SO many walls I want to paint with this color. And, it just so happens to be Sherwin-Williams’ 2022 color of the year!
Spiced Cider
How gorgeous is this Spiced Cider color?! It’s warming, inviting, and ridiculously cozy. I love this for an accent wall or even a hallway makeover. Try painting the ceiling, too, if you end up painting your hallway!
Creamy
Creamy is quite similar to Panda White, but it stands on its own. It’s lighter and a bit closer to white than beige. I love this instead of a stark white, and now I want to repaint our entire home. Oops!
Which one is your favorite?! Or, is there another favorite paint color you’ve got in mind? Would love to hear about your upcoming home projects here or on Instagram!
