2015, you’ve been challenging and quirky, but entirely rewarding and beautiful.
2016, I’ve got a real good feeling about you. I think you’re going to be exciting, joyous, and full of adventures.
2015, you were great
Here are a few of my favorite moments/photographs of 2015.
To you, 2016
This year, I’ve got plans. Lots of them! But, I’m not going to bore you with all of them. Instead, here are my top 5.
Blog more. Lots more. When I launched this blog back in June after blogging for about 4 years elsewhere, I knew that I wanted to fill the space with my favorite content. That means, nixing the things I don’t like and spending more of my time creating the things I do. Like, travel guides!
Keep Learning. In 2015, I finished my grad program (yay!). I love learning, I really do. So, I can’t wait to learn more in 2016! First on my list is learning how to build sites and I cannot wait.
Get fit. It’s time to get fit. For real. 2016, I’m comin’ at you. Do you have any tips? Do share!
Slow down. I’m notorious for always having a full plate. I’m at my best when I’m booked/working from 6 am until 11 pm. Now, I need to learn to slow down once in a while and enjoy it. Enjoy everything I have, the people in my life, and just how lucky I am.
Prioritize. Prioritize what, you ask? Well, everything. I want to prioritize my spending, my saving, my time, my health, and my happiness. I want to be able to travel, but that means saving more and spending less. I want to be happy more…which means prioritizing positivity instead of negativity that pops up more often than I’d like to admit.
What’s on your 2016 list? Are you prioritizing something(s), too?
ps. Happy (almost) 2016 to each and every one of you!
I will now! Thanks for the suggestion – I need to start getting more active! I bike about 5 miles a day, but HIIT trainers might be a great way to supplement that. Thank you!
Happy New Year! Wishing you all the best in 2016!!
Happy New Year to you as well, Kelly! Hope 2016 is off to a wonderful start!
