You may or may not know about my LDR. If not, here’s a quick refresher. It’s been exactly 1.5 years of me and T. living one thousand miles apart – me in Boston, and him in Atlanta. It was a challenging year and a half, but also quite enjoyable.
To make the best of it, we selected a few cities to visit and started on our very own Tour De South while he was living in Georgia. We saw Nashville, Savannah, New Orleans, Athens, and more. We had an absolute blast.
However, you can imagine my excitement when on Thursday, December 3, T. moved back home to Boston and into our very new apartment! (YAY!)
The “problem” was we were going to miss Atlanta a whole bunch. So, to celebrate our time and adventures there, we met up with Kelley – a truly talented photographer and wonderful gal.
We drove around to our favorite spots in the city – trust me, narrowing the list down was tough! But, we did it.
Of course, after a 3 hour photoshoot with Kelley, there was no way I couldn’t share my favorites here. Actually, narrowing our favorite photographs was just as hard (if not more so) than picking a few of our very favorite spots. But, alas, here they are!
And if you’re wondering about all of our favorite spots, a full on city guide is coming your way real soon!
One final thank you to Kelley, you captured the spots that made Atlanta feel like home when we were living so far apart. We’ll cherish these photos for years to come and remember the perfect afternoon we had taking you to our favorite shops, restaurants, and more. You’re lovely and I hope to see you again soon!

Can you guess where some of our favorite spots are? What are some of your go-tos in Atlanta?

What an awesome idea to remember the place where you lived! Being a peach through and through, I’m looking at these photos and I cannot believe y’all hit all these places in one day! Traffic must have been light. 😉
It was such a fun day! It actually worked out – almost all of them were in O4W, where my guy lived. We actually stopped at the bridge on the way home – he lives in the apartments right next to it 🙂

Thank you, Chelsea! 🙂

Aw thanks Natalie! We had so much fun during the photoshoot. If you ever get the chance to visit, I highly recommend it!
