A cheeky twist on a classic margarita. Meet the cinnamon sugar churro margarita!
Churros. Are. The. Best. Oh, is that just me? Didn’t think so. I fondly remember getting a churro every time we stopped by a Costco. First of all, how weird is it that Costco sells churros? Is that still even a thing? Who cares, those things were are downright delicious.
Hot, crispy, and covered in cinnamon sugar. YES PLEASE.
If churros could become more of a thing, I’d be really into it. Good thing my friends over at Tortilleria Mi NiƱa are already on top of it. They recently released their Cinnamon Sugared ‘Churro’ chips and oh my, are they perfect. They’re literally churros in chip form! Into it.
I (thoroughly) enjoyed them on the side of this Churro Margarita, but they’re even better when dipped in melted dark chocolate. Yes, just like an actual churro. Or better yet, in homemade salted caramel. My mouth is literally watering as I write this. And I still can’t stop.
Please stop me.

Oh and also, Taza Chocolate at the Boston Public Market brings their a-game every Friday with Churro Fridays! You heard me. Taza Chocolate, making Fridays more magical one churro at a time. We should really be sharing the wealth and implementing Churro Fridays nationwide….or even…worldwide. Who’s with me?
Now that you know I’m all about those churros, what’s a snack you wish you could indulge in more often? Is anyone else into fried Mars bars? If not, look it up. You won’t regret it.
