Admittedly, I’ve never used Chambord in a cocktail before. I’ve, undoubtedly, enjoyed many a cocktail with Chambord, but I’ve never stirred up a drink with it on my own before. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do with it when it arrived – from Drizly, obv., but I knew I wanted something sweet and somewhat tropical. So, I came up with the Coconut Chambord Slush!
It’s a slightly weird one, this slush, but we enjoyed it all the same. It’s a bit tropical, a bit berry-tastic (oh, that’s not a thing? Now it is) and really who doesn’t enjoy a good slush on a hot day? Sure, it may have been only in the 40s when I made these, but you get the point.
I love slushs….slushies? Whatever. I love them because you can so easily switch them up. For example, want a different consistency? Add more ice or liquid. Want a stronger Chambord taste? Add more! It’s totally up to you, you know what you like better than I do! So get to mixing, and let me know how you tailor the coconut chambord slush! And if you, like me, didn’t happen to have Chambord in your bar cart…grab your bottle from Drizly for delivery right to your door!
Pro tip: Put these back in the freezer after you blend them up and eat them like italian ice with a spoon! That’s what T. did and I’m pretty sure he enjoyed it.
Have you ever used Chambord in a cocktail? I’d love to hear what you made with it!

Don’t be embarrassed! It’s not as well known as most other liqueurs, for sure. Hope you enjoy it if you whip it up! 🙂
