Colorful Cheesecake Push Pops

I’m going to preface this post about the ridiculous sounding snack aka cheesecake push pops with a few notes:

• These aren’t some groundbreaking snack, but they’re easy and totally delicious
• You can make them ANY flavor you want! Yeah! So easy. These are cheesecake, because I happened to pick up cheesecake JELL-O pudding mix (sugar free/fat free).
• Don’t want a push pop? Grab a popsicle mold and switch it up!

Now that I’ve got those disclaimers out of the way, let’s dig in.

How did I think of this ridiculous snack? Well, I wish I could say it hit me one day when I was prepping for this fabulous little party I was planning. But, nope. Instead, I ordered push pop molds from Williams-Sonoma weeks ago (actually, back in the middle of summer) and hadn’t put them to use yet.

As far as the cheesecake JELL-O goes, I happened to be in the baking aisle buying brown sugar and spotted the pudding mixes. So, I grabbed a few figuring I would use them for something at some point – and here it is!

And so colorful cheesecake push pops were born. Voilà!

Ingredients

1. JELL-O Pudding Mix
2. 2 c. fat free milk
3. Food coloring
4. Sprinkles

Instructions

1. Prepare pudding mix as directed.
2. Separate into bowls and add food coloring as desired.
3. Pour into push pop molds.
4. Top with sprinkles.
5. Let freeze for at least 4 hours.
6. Enjoy!
