I visited the Boston General Store (aka my new favorite storefront) a few weeks ago and spotted Bee Raw’s Honey Flights. I thought, what a perfect gift!
I didn’t have the chance to grab one at the time, but now I’m super excited to partner with Bee Raw to bring you some of my favorite quick and easy honey cocktails made with their Fruit Varietal Honey Flight.
Sure, you can gift honey for just about anyone to add in their tea, recipes, smoothies, etc. However, I want to show you how you can gift it for your friend who’s always entertaining a crowd, the host(ess) with the mostess – you get it.
For today, I whipped up four super easy cocktails with Bee Raw – one’s even non-alcoholic! And oh boy are they delicious. Let’s jump right in.
Fresh blackberries
Bee Raw’s Blueberry Honey, 1 tsp.
Gin (I prefer St. George’s Botanivore), 1 oz.
Crème de cassis
Ginger beer
Sprig of thyme (optional)
Muddle 4-6 blackberries in your glass with gin, crème de cassis, honey, and gin.
Add crushed ice.
Top off with ginger beer.
Garnish with thyme.
Fresh grapefruit
Fresh lime, 1/2
Bee Raw’s Florida Orange Blossom Honey, 1 tsp.
Sparking lemonade
Sprig of fresh rosemary (optional)
Stir honey, lime juice, and grapefruit juice in bottom of glass.
Add ice and 1 slice of grapefruit.
Fill glass with sparking lemonade.
Garnish with rosemary.
Fresh lime, 1/2
Bee Raw’s Maine Holly Berry Georgia Honey, 1 tsp.
Club soda
St-Germain liqueur, 1.5 oz
Hibiscus Lavender Cocktail Syrup
Stir honey and lime juice in bottom of glass.
Add ice and St-Germain.
Fill glass almost to the top with club soda.
Add cocktail syrup as desired and stir.
Garnish with slice of lime.
Fresh cranberries
Fresh lime, 1
Bee Raw’s Maine Wild Raspberry Honey, 1 tsp.
Tequila, 1.5 oz.
Club soda
Add cranberries (as many as you’d like), lime juice, tequila, and honey to a shaker and shake lightly.
For more flavor, you can add cranberry juice, too – I left it out for a fresher taste.
Pour into glass over ice.
Top off with club soda.
Garnish with slice of lime and cranberries.
Let me tell you, not drinking all of these at the same time was tough. But, I persevered just for you.
I love all of these beverages in their own way; they’re light and fresh, but super easy to make – even for those of you who stick to the basics (like vodka + cran, but let’s not even go there). This was also my first time using honey in cocktails and now I’m kicking myself for not thinking of it sooner. Luckily, I still have lots of honey to test out new honey cocktails with!
What cocktails are your favorites? I bet we can add honey to them 😉

You’ve put so much effort into these set-ups, they look so good. Right, well I best pin a couple for later!

Thank you so much! Staging is probably one of my favorite steps – well….and then being able to actually see the photos afterwards 🙂
