I’ve been in a little bit of an exercise rut lately. I’m guessing being on vacation isn’t helping me much, but who knows. I was going pretty strong for a while with hiking, kayaking, and more. But, the past two weeks or so have me feeling totally sluggish. I need that initial push to get me back in the game. I always feel so much better when I’m exercising regularly, but my schedule is already so packed it’s hard to find time to get to a gym. Want to hear the worst part? I have one IN my apartment building. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s there. So, rather than going to my (very small) gym, I started exercising with Sworkit.
What’s Sworkit, you ask? It’s a pretty nifty app that lets you create your own workout – whether you want to stretch for 5 minutes or jump into a full body workout. Exercising with Sworkit is all about being able to get in an awesome, quick workout wherever you are. You actually don’t even need a gym. It cuts out your expensive monthly payment, the trek to the gym and back, and having to wait for the machines you want to use. Essentially – no gym, no excuse.
