These DIY glitter easter eggs might be the easiest Easter DIY ever. In about 20 minutes and with only two supplies (well….and your eggs), you too can whip up some last-minute easter eggs for this weekend!
Easter really snuck up on me this year. I’m still in awe that March is almost over, though I’m not hating it because that means spring is almost here and it’s about time we’re able to break out spring dresses and open toed shoes! Year after year, Easter reminds me of sunny days and bright, pastel colors.
Sure, you can wear pastel colors year-round, who’s to tell you not to? But on Easter, our family gets together for a late lunch/early dinner…or linner and a rowdy easter egg hunt. And when I say rowdy, I’m not kidding. Last year, one of my siblings almost ended up in the pool. Our covered, freezing pool.
Maybe I’ll actually use Snapchat to show you just how rowdy, but that will slow me down in the race! Well, now that we’re on the topic, I did make a Snapchat to share some very real tidbits of my day/week/life. You can find me at bygabriellaco! Now let’s get down to business.
See? Super easy? Well, a bit easier than my last DIY which included electricity. Yikes!
So, do you have any DIY projects in mind (or already completed) for Easter? I’ve been pinning away DIYs left and right! A few of my favorite DIYs for Easter so far are:
ps. Before I forget to tell you, be careful with the spray adhesive. When I first started decorating my glitter Easter eggs, I used the spray adhesive a bit too close to the eggs. The spray adhesive then ricocheted off the eggs and onto my lips. I KID YOU NOT. It’s been a rough week as I’ve been washing my lips like crazy and trying to peel off the adhesive. It’s been……a challenge.
So, this is me saying don’t hold your spray adhesive too close to your eggs so you know in advance.
Regardless, happy Easter! Stay tuned for an easy and fun cocktail coming your way tomorrow. Cheers!

What a cute idea! I’m out of town for Easter but am going to get my niece to do this with me next week. Thanks for sharing!
