My favorite go-to iced latte recipe
I get, at minimum, a handful of messages on Instagram every time I post a video of my morning iced latte on my stories — without fail.
And, I think it may be because it appears to be decadent, as if I was making it with a wildly expensive espresso machine. Or, it may be because I like to get super creative and wild with what I’m using to flavor it – cardamom rose anyone?!
Making an iced latte at home does NOT need to be incredibly difficult! Nor, does it need to be expensive. So, I thought it was high time that I share my favorite and best iced latte recipe that you can make at home with minimal equipment. Here we go 👇
ONE
Grind your espresso beans and scoop them into the funnel portion of your Moka Pot. Fill up the valve portion of the Moka Pot with cold, filtered water.
TWO
Heat the Moka Pot on your stove until it starts to bubble and steam – when you really hear it, you’ll know it’s done. Divide into 2 cups (this makes ~2 servings, depending on how much coffee you like to drink at once!), and stir in your milk and sweetener. I like to use about 1/2 T of whichever sweetener I’m using (honey, simple syrup, maple syrup, etc.). If you’re really fancy, pick up a barista-style pitcher. Filling that up to the top makes for the perfect 16 oz iced latte when you add ice.
THREE
Add your ice cubes and enjoy!
What style iced latte do you like to make at home?

You should! I love my moka pot – I have a Nespresso by Breville and still use my Moka Pot more!
