A few weeks ago I spotted a fun “good things for February” round-up on Natalie’s blog and ever since I’ve been wanting to start a similar series to welcome each month. I’m still figuring out what I really want to do with this space (the blog as a whole), but I’m so inspired by Natalie’s blog that I wanted to create a similar series! I think this will evolve over time to make it more my own, but for now I’m taking notes from Natalie. Thanks, girl!
All in all, I miss sharing more of my personal life with you. My last blog was full of a lot of that. I want to share more here on by gabriella, so let’s start out with what’s on my list/mind to kick off a new month.
March is all over the place, but here are a few of the things I’ve been inspired by, excited about, or generally wanting in my life. Let’s start with that sofa. I first spotted it on Wit & Delight’s blog and I still can’t get it out of my head. It’s perfect! It’s nothing like any of the sofas I’ve loved before, but I love this one oh so much. Perhaps more than I’ve ever loved another sofa. I’m almost embarrassed about my obsession. Almost.
For a gal who loves the winter and snow and cold, I’m surprisingly anxious for spring. I’m tired of dark colors – I want to be dressed in pink summer dresses and bright whites! I know I can wear those colors now, but virtually none of my winter clothes are anything but black and grey. I’m boring in winter, guys. This month, I’m obsessing over this Kate Spade dress which is on sale(!) as well as these Loeffler Randall shoes. They’re perfect, right? Or is it just me?
I also just made another purchase from Waiting on Martha’s shop and I can’t wait for it to arrive! We first stopped by her brick-and-mortar in Atlanta and I fell in love. We picked up a few gifts there last time, and I had to go back for seconds. I just wish I could go back in person! Her store is what dreams are made of. Oh, and that float! How yummy does it look? The answer: So yummy.
Oh! And we’re going to see Leon Bridges THIS WEEK and I am so excited. I can’t even remember how I happened upon Bridges last year, but I’m so darn glad I did. T. bought us these tickets as an early Christmas gift, and we’ve both been looking forward to the show since early last December.
What’s on your plate this month? Are you as ready for spring wear as I am? You can tell because I can’t stop pinning.

Oh, that sofa!!!! I’ve been dying to have a similar one, but with 2 cats at home (lots and lots of fur all over) it’s been hard. They destroyed my previous one -think scratches and wholes all over, including under the sofa, so they could go play and sleep inside it…
Still, I want that sofa!
Oh no! I used to have two kittens and they did the same thing, they wrecked the underneath of my sofa and this one little spot of my carpet. They were still so cute though. But I totally get it – this sofa is perfect!
Thanks for the shout out love! Monthly round ups are fun 🙂 I’ve become obsessed with WOM lately. I buy so many little things from there that I adore. That sofa is also amazing. Cannot wait to be able to invest in awesome furniture like that in a home that’s all mine some day!
Oh of course! They are so fun. I’m excited to start sharing more, and yes! WOM is amazing. I was able to visit her store in ATL last year and was in there for over 45 minutes. I couldn’t pull myself away! And yes, that sofa is unreal! I can’t wait either 🙂
That dress is so gorgeous!
Agreed! I need it 😉
I love all the lil gold animal figurines!! So cute! =)
Aren’t they the cutest? I want to order them so much!
