My new skincare routine for 2019. AKA my recipe for glowing, dewy skin.
I’m going to be real honest with you. I got my first-ever facial a few months ago and now I’m hooked.
HOOKED.
My skin had never felt so….clean.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I was taking care of my skin. Or, at least I thought I was.
I mean, I was, just not as much as I am now. Boy do I remember the countless nights in college when I’d go to sleep with SO much makeup. I’d wake up and my pillows would have small black smudges on them from my eyeliner which at that point, was so cakey and well – just not great.
Now I take my makeup off EVERY night, cleanse, and moisturize. Oh and sometimes I use serum, too. If that’s not progress, I don’t know what is.
They say it takes 21 days for something to become a habit, right? So as long as you can make it over that hump, you’re golden. And, your skin will be, too. Okay not golden but you get it.
Alright, here we go.
Well, there you have it! My new skincare routine! Does this make me a real adult yet? Ha!
