If you’re heading to Boston, exploring the North End is a must. Sure, it can be ‘touristy’ as in – totally packed to the brim, but it’s wonderful. The scent of all those carbs alone will convince you stay a while. As you walk through the brick and cobblestone streets, you’ll see the North End’s residents enjoying their daily coffee al fresco, restaurants filled to the brim, and lots of bread. So much bread. It’s like a bread heaven.
And this time around, T and I got to explore the North End with our friend, Andy. Our incredibly talented friend, I should say. Andy and I used to work together and when I saw that he was looking for friends to photograph, I immediately jumped at the chance. After our super fun photoshoot in Atlanta with Kelley, I knew T would be up for it. Or really, I crossed my fingers and reached out to Andy anyways. Thanks for going with the flow, T!
We walked around for a few hours, and in true North End fashion, we stumbled upon a feast. Not eating everything was quite possibly one of the most difficult tasks yet. The atmosphere was perfect though – so much darn fun! If you’re visiting, here are a few spots you might want to check out:
And FYI, if you’re in Boston and looking for photos – get in touch! I’d be happy to share more about our experience and connect you with Andy. Your turn – what part of your city do you always recommend out-of-towners visit? We’re always looking for new spots to explore!
