Champagne Cocktail with St-Germain

1.50 oz gin
0.50 oz St-Germain
0.50 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 oz champagne

Add the gin, St-Germain, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.

Fill with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass or champagne flute.

Top with champagne, garnish with a lemon twist (if you'd like!).
