Whew. This has been a marathon week to say the least. I was running around non-stop. Everyday. Luckily, I get to run around doing what I love – social media for fun clients, connecting with amazing people, and collaborating with my BOS Lady Project team. So, even though it really was an insane in the membrane week, I can’t complain.
Luckily, it’s Friyay, y’all! And here we are again, celebrating with another cocktail. This time it’s a simple sparkling elderflower cocktail. This is one of my go-to cocktails. It’s simple, refreshing, and light. It’s perfect for warmer months or escaping the cold in winter. Basically year round, like every other drink I make 😉
I’ve made these cocktails for a few friends now and it seems to be the crowd favorite! I mean, how can you not love St-Germain? My bar cart is always stocked with it. When I’m running low (as in 1/3 of a bottle left), I panic and immediately buy another bottle. It’s absurd, sure, but hey – St-Germain!
What I love even more about this particular cocktail is that you can easily switch it up. This time I used thyme (didn’t mean to do that, whatever), but I typically use rosemary. You can even throw mint in there to kick up the freshness. Mint makes everything better, doesn’t it?
I find that the St. George Botanical Gin also plays a major role. That botanical gin is unreal. If you haven’t had it yet, I highly suggest picking up a bottle. I believe they even have the smaller sized bottles if you want to give it a try before diving in with the full-size. You know, for those of you who fear commitment.
Happy weekend, friends.

Wow, this looks amazing! We’re not usually fans of gin, but might have to make an exception to try out this cocktail recipe!
Thank you!

Yay! Thank you, ladies! I hope you enjoy it if you give it a try.
OMG so beautiful looking. Like too good to drink 😉 Sounds delicious.
Thank you!! It is quite lovely, but totally acceptable for drinking one (or two, let’s be real). 😉
Back at it again!
