Every week I stir up and share a cocktail here on By Gabriella – my favorite of which, honestly, being the Grapefruit Bourbon Cocktail. I started a monthly series where I dive into learning more about (and sharing with you all!) one type of liqueur, cocktail, etc. I’ve also talked about what it’s like ‘behind the bar’ and offered some of my favorite photo tips. This week, I’m collaborating with my friends at UncommonGoods to share some tips on how to stock your bar.
If you’re unfamiliar with UncommonGoods, they have quite the interesting mission. Besides boasting one of the best (and frankly most fun) bar collections, they also focus on sustainability; selling handmade, organic, and recycled products; and giving back. They’re a fascinating company for sure, and I really appreciate what they’re doing. This is exactly why I was so excited to partner up with them!
While UncommonGoods is the perfect place for gifts, I think it’s also a fun spot to stock your bar. And not necessarily with booze (though that’s a bar necessity as well), I’m talking new glasses, various accoutrements to make your drinks even better, and tons of garnishes. Essentially, let UncommonGoods help you take your homemade cocktails to the next level.
I knew I wanted to help you stock your bar, so I tried it out for myself! After spending days…literally days debating between about 20 items, I finally narrowed it down. I picked up:
Whether you’re shopping for yourself (you should be – treat yo’self) or for a friend/family member/etc., UncommonGoods is worth a look. Just look at all this pretty in one picture!
Plus, it’s never too early to start planning for the holidays. Not that I want to skip over fall (seriously..it’s my favorite), but you know, finding gifts – especially for the guys – can be tough! Clearly I need to start my list earlier this year – maybe September is an appropriate time? 😉
What’s the one thing you really need for your bar? Is it a special set of glasses, a tool for crafting cocktails at home, or something else?

I have the pineapple glasses and love them!
They really are the best! Definitely my new favorites.
I’m really looking forward to seeing those party sprinkles in action!
