Happy almost weekend y’all! It’s been a whirlwind over here with all the planning. In case you missed it, we’re heading to Europe soon! It’ll be my first visit across the pond and I can barely contain my excitement.

There’s just something so darn delightful about spring. I finally start remember that I should be eating more fruits and veggies (oops), I start shopping for an entirely new wardrobe because I’m sucked into the sales (also oops), and everyone’s cocktail game is ON POINT. Really I could have called this – the ‘I’m not going to create a spring round-up just of margaritas….round-up‘ because honestly, if I could only drink one cocktail for the rest of my life, it would have to be the margarita. Hands down.
