I’m going to preface this post about the ridiculous sounding snack aka cheesecake push pops with a few notes:
Now that I’ve got those disclaimers out of the way, let’s dig in.
How did I think of this ridiculous snack? Well, I wish I could say it hit me one day when I was prepping for this fabulous little party I was planning. But, nope. Instead, I ordered push pop molds from Williams-Sonoma weeks ago (actually, back in the middle of summer) and hadn’t put them to use yet.
As far as the cheesecake JELL-O goes, I happened to be in the baking aisle buying brown sugar and spotted the pudding mixes. So, I grabbed a few figuring I would use them for something at some point – and here it is!
And so colorful cheesecake push pops were born. Voilà!
