Sure, some might think margaritas might be a “summer” thing, but I disagree.
I seriously, seriously disagree. I could drink margaritas all year round. Just kidding – about the could part. I obviously drink margaritas all year round. And now an herbal st-germain margarita? I’m into it.
It’s super easy to whip up, too! But, I did make a major mistake when making these. I used salt instead of sugar, and oh boy, was it sour.
It’s not really that I put salt in the glass, so much as on the outside of the glass. It then dripped right into the margarita and it just wasn’t right. It wasn’t right at all.
Good news for you, I made the mistake of using salt so that you don’t have to! It’s like I was planning it the whole time. Right? Right.
I really love St-Germain, the light floral scent and taste are so perfect. Actually, if St-Germain is on the drink menu of any bar, it’s about 99.9% probable that that’s the drink I’ll be ordering. Even my friends know it whenever we go anywhere. It’s a problem.
Also this hibiscus lavender syrup! SO good! It really does give this drink its name. Raft, you’re brilliant and now I need to grab your other syrups, too. PSA: They have a lemon ginger syrup.
I also love the color of this drink. Yeah yeah, I know. I’m judging a book by its cover. Whatever. But isn’t it the loveliest shade of pink? If you want to add a little more flavor and color, all you need to do is double the amount of hibiscus lavender syrup you’re using.

You said the magic word…margarita! I don’t think I’ve ever had St. Germain! It must be delicious! Love your presentation too!
Oh you must try St-Germain! It’s delicious. And thank you 🙂

Margaritas are 100% year round for me (especially living in Texas) and this one looks so delicious. Have a fabulous weekend!
They’re just too good! 🙂

1. Margaritas are most definitely appropriate all 12 months out of the year. 2. I’m the same way with st. germain, but I’ve never had it in a marg! Absolutely need to fix that!
You should try it! It does something magical and makes margs *even* better.

You could make any old drink look nice, I’d always want to drink it.
