A deliciously easy 15 minute breakfast for those hectic weekday mornings.
This is one of those fake recipe, recipe posts.
I say it’s fake because it’s nearly so simple that it barely deserves a recipe post.
But, I shared a photo of it on my stories a few weeks ago and got so many questions about my breakfast plate that I thought I’d share the secret (okay, not secret) “recipe” with you on here.
I’m not even going to use the recipe plug-in for this one, I figure it’ll be easier to just list it out below!
Eggs
Scramble your eggs as you like. I love scrambling mine with about 2 teaspoons of milk, smoked paprika, sea salt, and onion powder. Then, I top them off with some cracked black pepper.
Breakfast Salad
I used mesclun as the base for my salad and tossed it with apple chicken sausage (browned on the stove for 5ish minutes), avocado oil, and a splash of apple cider vinegar. Then, I topped it off with a sprinkle of sea salt and pickled red onions.
